We are celebrating an incredible contribution to Torbay Hospital by the League of Friends of £1,585,470.77 to support care at the Hospital between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026. What an extraordinary show of support from our local community.

Over the past 12 months, that funding has helped us invest in equipment and improvements that make a real difference every day - including patient monitoring equipment, equipment for the Emergency Department redevelopment, a new CT Scanner, reciner chairs and furniture for wards, and even a new road sweeper to help keep the hospital site clean, safe and accessible.

From supporting frontline teams to improving comfort and dignity for patients and families, this a brilliant example of local generosity helping us go further for the people we care for.
